Information displayed on the Website should not, by itself, be treated as an offer, allotment, booking, agreement for sale, representation, warranty or legally binding commitment unless expressly incorporated into a duly executed written agreement or other binding document issued by VanVia in accordance with applicable law.

All artistic impressions, computer-generated images, 3D renders, photographs, videos, walkthroughs, animations, elevations, perspectives, landscaping, interiors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, vehicles, people, vegetation, lighting, water features and other visual representations appearing on the Website are illustrative and indicative in nature and are intended to communicate the overall design concept and character of the project.

Actual construction, appearance, finishes, colours, materials, landscaping and surroundings may vary, subject always to sanctioned plans, approvals, agreements and applicable law.

Plans, Layouts and Dimensions

Master plans, site plans, villa plans, floor plans, elevations, road configurations, open spaces, landscaped areas, amenity locations, clubhouse plans, Green Spine, Whispering Trail and other drawings displayed on the Website are intended for general reference unless specifically identified as sanctioned or approved plans.

Dimensions, areas and measurements displayed digitally may be rounded, approximate or subject to permissible revisions.

Purchasers should rely upon the sanctioned plans, specifications and documents forming part of their applicable contractual documentation rather than estimating dimensions or specifications from Website images.

Nothing in these Terms permits VanVia to make any alteration prohibited by applicable law or a binding agreement with an allottee.

Amenities, facilities, landscaping, recreational areas, clubhouse facilities, swimming pool, children's areas, fitness facilities, walking trails, sports facilities and other features depicted or described are subject to applicable approvals, sanctioned plans, technical feasibility and the final specifications applicable to the project.

Furniture, décor, appliances, equipment and accessories shown in illustrations may be representational and are not necessarily included with a villa unless specifically stated in the applicable agreement/specification sheet.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, availability, offers, payment plans and other commercial information displayed on the Website, if any, may be revised from time to time and should be independently confirmed with an authorised VanVia representative before making any decision.

No villa shall be treated as reserved, booked or allotted merely because of an enquiry or communication through the Website.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Website and its contents—including the Whispering Woods name and identity, VanVia branding, logos, architectural presentations, villa elevations, floor plans, layouts, drawings, renders, photographs, graphics, videos, text, brochures, design elements and other materials—are owned by, licensed to, or used with authority by VanVia.

No person may reproduce, copy, download for commercial use, republish, distribute, modify, adapt, imitate, commercially exploit or use such material for another real-estate project, advertisement, development, architectural presentation or commercial purpose without prior written permission from VanVia.

Unauthorised use may result in appropriate legal action.

No Reliance on Unauthorised Representations

VanVia shall not be bound by statements, promises or representations made by brokers, agents, intermediaries, third parties or other persons unless such person is duly authorised and the relevant representation is confirmed through authorised documentation issued by VanVia.

Prospective purchasers are encouraged to verify material information directly with VanVia.

Website Availability and Accuracy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction vested in AP RERA, consumer commissions, tribunals or other statutory authorities, courts having competent jurisdiction over Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes concerning use of this Website.
